Individual race
Group start at 10 athletes in every heat. Athletes include in heat by random draw. 5 running laps. 4 shooting positions – stand-kneel-stand-kneel, 4 targets and 4 arrows per each shooting, for each miss – 70-meter penalty lap. All men and women run 5 laps by 1 km. Shooting distance – 18 meters, target face – 16 cm. Drop-down targets used.
